Industry leading speed curve up to 450 mpm
The Saber Knife speed is available in various speed configurations. Increase up to 450 MPM by simply adding extra motors and controls. A 300 MPM model can be upgraded to a 350 MPM or higher in just a weekend.
Superior Cylinder Performance
This Marquip design has been further improved to make it the best-in-class design. The blades can be sharpened on the machine and run for weeks without stopping for tuning.
High Performance and low energy consumption
The Saber Knife features ultra-efficient electrical and mechanical designs to provide the lowest energy consumption of any corrugator cutoff knife. The Saber Knife average power consumption requirement is only 20 kVA per level.
Closed-loop, liquid cooled system
Designed specifically for hot/dusty environments. This very effective cooling system increases the life of the electrical components and increases their performance. Liquid-motor knife technology enhances their reliability. There are no air filters to replace and there are no brushes or electromechanical contacts to wear.
