Emergency support for stopped cut-size sheeter in Brazil by local ³ÉÈËapp service technician
A customer in Brazil called our After Hours hotline on a Saturday for help with a drive issue on a cut-size sheeter that was completely down.
As we couldn’t help via phone, ³ÉÈËapp’ Service Engineer Sandro Kokkinidis drove hundreds of miles on Sunday to start working on Monday morning. He used all necessary precautions and also respected the minimum distance of 6 ft / 2 m.
